It’s just after 1 AM here.
I spent most of the day writing and focused on health.
Monday’s are a free day for me – time away from work-related activities – to focus on relationships, personal growth and physical health.
“Slow Carb Weight Loss Update”
I’ve lost 32 pounds so far on the Slow Carb Diet.
The Slow Carb Diet is based on eating foods with a low glycemic index, eliminating starches and anything sweet. It also includes 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking, supplements and exercise.
I’ve been 100% on the eating plan over the past three months, and 20% on the protein.
It’s been harder than I thought to find an organic protein powder without soy lecithin, hormones, etc. I just ordered a new one that looks great. I’ll let you know…
Today, I added the PAGG Stack Protocol, the 4 supplements recommended with the Slow Carb Diet: Policosanol, Alpha-Lipoic Acid, Green Tea Extract and Garlic.
I’m also lifting weights, walking daily and doing sit ups.
I’ll keep you posted on my progress.
