Have you ever wondered, as I have, what makes the difference in people's lives?
Why some succeed and others fail?
Is it environment, training, decisions, some combination?
My next movie has me living in an inner city mission for ten days coaching three very different people to get back on their feet…
Think “Secret Millionaire” meets “Iyanla: Fix My Life.”
Filming starts in early November, I'll keep you posted…
“Own Your Awesome!”
I noticed that phrase on Facebook…
It grabbed my attention because I've been deeply thinking about the importance and value of recognizing, appreciating and developing your primary gift.
Every human being, irrespective of their background, education or life situation has a gift, a unique ability, something big or small that is the key to their future…
It's where you shine, what you were born to do, and the one thing you can be best in the world at.
Some people seem to be born knowing their calling, others happen upon it early, others never quite do…
It's important because your future, your finances, and your fulfillment are all connected to it.
Tomorrow, a secret about me that most people don't know… including how I discovered my gift, the experience in my teens that nearly crushed it, and the traveling salesman who saved my life…
For now, what were you born to do?
It's time to recognize, appreciate and develop your gift.
When you do, the doors of greater relationships, favor, opportunity and blessing open to you…
Until you do, it's as if the entire world is resisting you.
Here are three simple questions to ask yourself:
(1) First, what do I feel born, or wired, to do?
(2) Second, what brings my heart alive?
(3) Third, what problem do I solve in the world that people are willing to pay for?
Think about this, and begin repositioning your focus to spend most of your time doing what you feel called to do.
Nothing else is worth your life.
See you tomorrow,
